We offer FREE standard delivery (2-3 days) to all UK locations. It is also possible to select 1st Class or next day Special Delivery via Royal Mail for an additional payment.
Larger items 2kg and heavier
We offer FREE standard delivery (2-3 days) to most UK locations.
International
We are pleased to be able to offer our products for sale to overseas customers. Delivery costs are based on the total weight of your order.

Returns
- We are pleased to offer a 30 day returns guarantee. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchased items you are welcome to return them to us for an exchange or refund, just return them to us within 30 days from date of purchase. - We will then inspect the returned items and issue a refund. Refunds are via the original payment method within 7 days of receipt of the returned items.
- On the rare occasion that you feel you may have received a faulty item please contact us and we'll be able to help determine if the item needs to be exchanged.
- All returns are the responsibility of the sender. Please obtain proof of posting or use a recorded service when returning items. VanVentilation.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in the post.
Warranty
For peace of mind, the manufacturers of our items supply a free warranty in addition to your rights under the Sales of Goods Act. In most cases you'll receive a one year warranty and in some instances, it may be extended to two or even three years by the manufacturer.
